Mouka Limited, manufacturer of Mouka brand of mattresses has unveiled plans to honour its distributors for the year 2010. The Mouka Distributors Awards will take place in the different regions across the country.

Mrs. Peju Adebajo, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mouka Limited, noted that recognition is a  motivator, and that the awards will create an opportunity to felicitate with partners and reward not only performance, but celebrate distributors who have been consistent in doing business with Mouka.

She explained that the presentation of awards would be in several categories, with the objective of encouraging and rewarding Mouka’s loyal partners and distributors.

Adebajo further disclosed that the distributors’ awards would be in Lagos, Benin and Kaduna.The award categories include the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum categories, and awards to the Best Exclusive Mouka distributor and Most Improved Mouka distributor. These categories have d unique gift attached to it with the ultimate prize of an all expense paid trip to Europe.

She also said that an  award for Mouka pointsman has been instituted by the company to reward shop boys who have performed well in terms of sales turnover.

Adebajo said that over the years the companyhas remained constant at delivering quality and reliable products that have met the demands of the consumers, ‘and promoted sales for the distributors and partners. In line with our reliable products, we also thrive on rewarding performance and loyalty,” Adebajo said.

In related development, the Managing Director said that the Mouka model shops would be unveiled in various locations across the country.

The need for the model shops, she said, was derived from market research and insight on revolutionized consumers’ behavior and sales determinants.
