Uduaghan’s exit sabbatical, says Reyenieju

By Daniel Gumm

WARRI— LAWMAKER representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Mr. Daniel Reyenieju, yesterday described the Appeal Court decision which nullified the 2007 governorship election in Delta State and the resultant sacking of Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan as a ‘storm in a tea cup’.

He added that the exit of Uduaghan from the Government House, Asaba “is temporary and amounts to nothing but a ‘sabbatical leave’ for Dr. Uduaghan and Professor Amos Utuama to take a brief rest from official engagements.

Reacting to the Appeal Court decision sacking Dr. Uduaghan as the Governor of Delta State, Mr Reyenieju contended that he was certain that Delta State electorates would “again speak overwhelmingly  to reassert the 2007 mandate.”
