IBB’s aide tasks Jonathan

National Coordinator of IBB Victory 2011, casmpaign platform of former Military President Ibrahim and presidential aspirant  Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, Abdul Yekee Ibn Umar  asked President Goodluck Jonathan to allow a level playing field for all politicians ahead of the conduct of the 2011 general elections in the country.

Speaking to newsmen at the Murtala Mohammed Airport Lagos, Umar urged President Jonathan not to use the nation’s resources to achieve his personal gains adding that the president Jonathan should avoid using security operatives to witch hunt political opponents in the name of fighting corruption.

According to him, President Jonathan should ensure that the interest of all the political aspirants should be protected and that they should be allowed to contest in the elections specifying that it was only the electorates (Masses) that could decide who becomes their president through the ballot box.
