LAGOS — A Federal High Court sitting in Ikeja has directed that the court processes seeking to compel the Federal Government to repair the Lagos-Ibadan and Lagos-Benin express roads filed by Mr. Femi Falana, be served on the Federal Ministry of Works at their Lagos office.
At the resumed hearing of the case, the presiding Judge, Justice Stephen Adah, directed that the bailiff of the court serve the court processes in the Lagos offices of the Federal Ministry of Works, Federal Road Safety Corps, Nigeria Police Force and the Attorney-General of the Federation.
During the hearing, Falana, who appeared for himself told the court that already, the processes had been served on one of the defendants, Bi-courteny Highways Limited.
