The Ruche trend has been around for a while now and is still a delight to behold. Designers have indulged us with ruche styles ranging from minimal gathers along the sleeves, to all-over ruche dresses.

The dress can sometimes be a difficult look to wear; however when worn correctly it can look stylish and completely sexy.

Ruche dresses can be either short or long, satin or lycra, brightly colored cocktail or special event dresses that we see many fashionistas strut around in on the red carpet

However, as much as we would love to wear this form-fitting dress, not all shapes and sizes can wear ruched dresses without making them appear heavier. But don’t deter, as you can always get a ruche dress or detail to suit you, you just need to know what style fits your body better.
