League top scorer Ahmed Musa leads in a list of 18 players picked by Daniel Amokachi for the regional WAFU Cup competition which begins today in Abeokuta.

Surprise exclusions from the squad are Enyimba’s effervescent goal-scoring forward Osas Idehen, who is the league’s second highest goal scorer so far behind Musa.

Also left out is Warri Wolves Fengor Ogude, who failed to join up with the rest of the team after Wolves CAF Confederation Cup exertions in Zambia over the weekend.
