Nigerian football fans have been urged to give total support to the Super Eagles as they engage the Mambas of Mozambique in a decisive game in Lubango, Angola today. Nigeria require a win in the match to guarantee qualification for the quarter-finals of the 27th Africa Cup of Nations.

TomTom, the Official Candy of the Nigerian national football team, has already instituted the Shot-on-Target award through which the Super Eagles earn $1,000 (about N148,000). So far, the team have won $6,000 (about N888,000) from two matches in the championship.

In a statement, yesterday, Idorenyen Enang, Commercial Director of Cadbury Nigeria Plc, appealed to his compatriots to support the Super Eagles at this crucial stage of the competition, which Nigeria last won in 1994.
