VICTIMS of June, last year’s oil pollution caused by a sunk oil vessel, J.S. Amazing, have cried out for help, saying that the delay in sending relief materials and payment of adequate compensation by the Product and Pipeline Marketing Company, PPMC, insurance company and other government agencies was causing them more harm.
