Daughter of the National Publicity Secretary of the Action Congress, Yeside Mohammed Laguda, last Sunday in Lagos,  formerly introduced her new collection into the Nigerian market.  The creative designer who would rather describe  herself as an entrepreneur, returned from her studies abroad and established her label, My Q, in 2007. The new  collection which boasts of contemporary designs has a lot of eastern fusion and stone details. In the new line were,  chiffon boubous, kaftans, long flowing dresses that drape to the ankle.
There were also the ethnic edge-ankara skirts and dresses spiced with sequins, dresses in raw silk with beautiful  details.
The event attracted many of her clients, family, friends and well wishers who came to see and buy from the new line.  It was a very relaxed event and all the guest turned out in their Sunday best to savour the new collection. Here are  some of the faces that graced the event.
