THE  introduction of  Multi-Links Telkom’s broadband service riding on the EV-DO technology has continued to excite the entire Lagos state and its environ as a result of  its state-of-art-technology embedded in the product.

At the just concluded road show by the company held  at various locations in Lagos state, enthusiastic Lagosians some of whom have already subscribed to the service commended the awesome speed and the plethora of capabilities which the Multi-Links Telkom EV-DO has enabled their internet services, including  data and music/video down loads, email and office on the go.

On Allen Avenue Street, Ikeja, for instance, some of the existing subscribers who shared their experience on the EV-DO service introduced by Multi-Links Telkom said that the current speed of the Multi-Links Telkom package was yet to be matched by the offering from any of the competitors.
A subscriber who simply identified herself as Mrs. Amaechi testified that  that she enjoys seamless connection on the Internet. According to her, since she subscribed to Multi-Links’ EV-DO service, there was never a day that she had been disappointed on account of poor connection on the Internet.

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Multi-Links Telkom, Dipuo Msimang, while announcing the commencement of the service in Lagos last week  said that “Multi-links Telkom Blue 3Gbroadband offers you an incredible web browsing experience designed for you to achieve more no matter who you are or for whatever purpose you are on the internet.”

The  campaign tagged “Do Much More” , according to her, showcased the power of the Rev. A EVDO Technology which is a personal wireless service designed for a wide range of customers from business people to students.

Explaining the uniqueness of the product, she said that this latest offering from the stable of Multi-Links Telkom for the growing tribes of telecommunications consumers in Lagos is always on with seamless roaming and backward compatibility to 1x.

“The Blue broadband Service  works on same cell sites as cell phones. Blue broadband allows you to be connected to the Internet wherever you are. You can download large work files, photos, spreadsheets and email with incredible ease,” she said.

The CSMO noted as well that the product allows subscribers to download and run video clips in real time. Blue broadband provides you service outside of cable – modem or DSL areas. You can access your corporate VPN (Virtual Private Network).

She added that this package is designed especially for professionals who are into heavy file download, 3D artists, Architects, Graphic Artists and other professionals. With the 3G Blue Broadband offering, she said that speed is key.
