ON Sunday, April 23, Nigeria joined the rest of the world to celebrate the 2017 World Book Day (WBD) or World Book and Copyright Day. It is a day set aside by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, UNESCO, to promote reading, publishing and copyright.
