Emeka Wogu, erstwhile minister of labour, two-time commissioner in the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC, was the first political adviser to Governor Orji Uzor Kalu at the commencement of the Fourth Republic in 1999. Having sustained himself in the political space with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Wogu detached from the party after losing out in the party’s 2015 governorship primaries in Abia State.
