Commissioner orders arrest of two DESTMA officials
Delta State Commissioner for Transport, Mr Vincent Uduagahan, has ordered the arrest of two officials of Delta State Traffic Management Authority, DESTMA, for allegedly extorting motorists in Asaba, the state capital.
