Vigilante groups shut down Delta LG over alleged unpaid allowance
MEMBERS of vigilant groups in the seven kingdoms in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State, yesterday, shut down activities in the council over alleged non-payment of their monthly fuel allowance by the chairman of the council, Chief Friday Akpoyibo.
