Tribunal orders substituted service on Enugu REC over BVAS inspection
In response to evading service of a subpoena as ordered by the tribunal, the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Enugu State, on Saturday, ordered substituted service of the document on the Enugu Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, Dr Chukwuemeka Chukwu.
