ASSOCIATION of Local Governments of Nigeria, ALGON, has frowned at alleged antics of its immediate past National President,   Tanko Kagara, to continue to hold on to power, accusing him of attempts to summon the NEC meeting of the association for Tuesday 19 February, 2019.
