The factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Enugu State, Deacon Okey Ogbodo, yesterday, said the Court of Appeal judgment, which approved Senator Ayogu Eze as the state gubernatorial candidate of the party amounted to travesty of justice. He stated that it was a “clear miscarriage of justice”.
