Deputy Govenor of Enugu State, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi, yesterday, described the evacuation of his poultry from his official residence at Government House by officials of the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority, ECTDA, and Ministry of Environment as a wicked act.
