Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State, yesterday, accused his Bayelsa State counterpart, Governor Seriake Dickson of distorting facts on the ownership of the Soku oil wells, saying attempts to use Ijaw hegemony to browbeat him into submission would not work.
