Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh, has lauded the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and Bankers’ Committee on the agreement to offer single-digit interest rate loans to operators in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors of the economy.
