The member representing Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Efe Afe, has explained how he convinced his colleagues to recognise and ‘reinstate’ Sapele constituency as a separate district from the current configuration of Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie Federal Constituency.
