The high level of corruption in the judiciary will not allow the use of a jury system for the administration of criminal justice to work effectively in Nigeria.

ABUJA—CHAIRMAN, Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, PACAC, Prof Itse Sagay, yesterday, in Abuja said paying lip service to the fight against corruption in the country would ridicule the ongoing anti-graft war..

Professor Itse Sagay, SAN, is the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Anti-corruption (PACAC).
