Former Delta State commissioner for Energy, Hon. Newworld Safugha, has felicitated the executive chairman of Bomadi local government area, Hon. Andaye Rawlings Dagidi, and his vice, Mrs Poweide Bekes, on their victory at the just-concluded local government elections in the state.
