Election Appeal: Delta Rep aspirant vows to petition NJC over alleged travesty of justice
Accord Party candidate in the 2015 National Assembly election in Ika federal constituency, Doris Uboh, has threatened to petition the National Judicial Council, NJC, over what she called ‘travesty of justice’ in her case at the Court of Appeal, Benin, Edo State, challenging the judgment of the National Assembly Elections Petitions Tribunal, delivered in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Mr. Victor Nwokolo.
