Post-harvest losses claim 50% of food produced in Nigeria— CEFTER
Leader of the Centre for Food Technology and Research, CEFTER, Benue State University, Makurdi, Professor Daniel Adezwa, has revealed that over 50 percent of the food crop produced in the country was lost due to poor handling.
