Non-passage of POCA Bill delaying disbursement of recovered loot —AGF
The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, has said the non-passage of Proceed of Crime Act, POCA, Bill pending at the National Assembly was responsible for the delay in disbursement of recovered loots.
