Two brothers, Smart Avan Smart, and Jerry Avan were, on Wednesday, arraigned before an Oredo Magistrates’ Court in Benin, Edo, for allegedly duping the President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Rev. Felix Omobude.
