Owhelogbo Patriots and Prominent Deltans today converged on Owhelogbo, Isoko North Local Government Area, to celebrate former Secretary to Delta State Government, Comrade (Chief) Ovuozourie Macaulay, on his appointment as Director-General, Warri Uvwie and Environs Special Areas Development Agency (WUEDA).
