Otuekong’s work deals with the problem of “African time”
Due to the constant neglect of the need to be punctual in our society and the institutionalization of the culture of what is known as “African Time”, Mr Otuekong Udoebom, a four hundred level student of Fine and Industrial Art, University of Uyo, has taken a sculpture design using fiberglass as his final year project to depict and display the importance of punctuality.
