In this report, Vanguard’s Law & Human Rights examines issues and politics surrounding the recent removal of the Chief Judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo from office and infers that going by judicial precedents, the embattled state chief judge should ordinarily come back from the NJC unscathed, the peculiar nature of the facts of the matter however makes the case dicey.
