SPEAKER of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, currently representing Nsit Ubium state constituency, Mr Onofiok Luke, has formally consulted the leadership of his party, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, over his ambition to run for Etinan Federal constituency position in 2019.
