Oborevwori hails Okowa over introduction of MTEF
SPEAKER of the Delta State House of Assembly, Chief Sheriff Oborevwori has commended the State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for introducing the Medium Term Expenditure Framework, MTEF in the State.
