YOUTHS from Ogulagha kingdom, Saturday gave reasons why they threatened to shut down oil operations in Forcados-Ogulagha kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, stating that it was a call to draw the attention of the government to their plight and not originally meant to smack tension in the region.
