THE Chief Cyril Ogodo-led faction of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Wednesday, said the Jones Erhue-led executive lacks the power to set up a reconciliation committee for the party, describing the action as an affront to the ruling of the Federal High Court sitting in Asaba.
