The Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Professor Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, has warned students of the Institution against prostitution, indecent dressing, hooliganism, behaviours suggestive of eroticism, consumption of hard drugs and substances, examination malpractice, deviance and criminality.
