INCREASING menace of lunatics in the University town of Nsukka, Enugu State has become a source of worry to residents of the town and its environs as a socio-cultural organisation, Odenigbo General Assembly (OGA) cried out to Nsukka local government council to rescue the community from the menace of lunatics that increases in the area as day breaks and saves the ugly situation and horrible sight  of mad people masquerading in day light in the area.
