Olugbo of Ugboland, Oba Frederick Akinrutan, appears to have renewed his position that he is the number on monarch in the South-West region county in some quarters that no Oba in the zone can be equated with the Ooni of Ife, as he says the issue of supremacy is a settled matter in his favour.
