THE Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, Imo State, has upheld the decision of the Abia State National/State Assembly Election petition tribunal which nullified the election of Mr. Emeka Nnamani of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for Aba North state constituency.
