It was a gathering of who’s who at both the palace of the traditional ruler of Obosi Kingdom in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Igwe Chidubem Iweka III and the Okpuno Umuota village country home of Hon. Nnamdi Ifebi, Chief of Staff to Chairman, Special Presidential Investigation Panel on Recovery of Public Properties as the former conferred a chieftaincy title of Onwa on the latter.
