NISTRUCTE decries non-inclusion of local engineers in ongoing rail projects
Mr Eddy Atumonyogo, the President, Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers (NISTRUCTE), on Monday, decried the non-inclusion of qualified local engineers in the ongoing nationwide multi-billion naira rail projects.
