Okowa, Dickson, Peterside mourn Justice Niki Tobi
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, his Bayelsa State counterpart, Mr Seriake Dickson, and Director- General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Dakuku Peterside have paid glowing tributes to the late legal icon and retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Niki Tobi, describing his death as a loss to Niger Delta and the entire nation.
