BENIN CITY—THE Benin National Congress, BNC, a socio-cultural group has issued a 14 day ultimatum to stakeholders and government officials to comply with the ruling of the National Industrial Court, Akure that confirmed Dr Napoleon Asuen as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Institute For Oil palm Research (NIFOR).
