Substitution: Niboro accuses INEC of bias, wants chairman jailed for contempt
Former President Jonathan’s Spokesman, Ima Niboro, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of bias, claiming that the commission went ahead to accept the substitution of his name by the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC).
