NEWSPAPER publishers in the country, Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria, BON; Editors and Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, have described the New Media Bill currently before the National Assembly as draconian, unconstitutional, anti-people, anti-business and anti-free speech.
