Barely 48 hours after the House Committee on Army visited the residence of ex-militant leader, Solomon Ndigbara, allegedly destroyed by soldiers in Yeghe, and families of victims allegedly killed by soldiers in Ogoni communities, Rivers State, the state Police Command has declared the ex- militant leader wanted.
