The Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Bello Muhammad Matawalle has inaugurated the Governing Council of the National Hydrographic Agency (NHA) describing it as a significant milestone in Nigeria's Hydrography as it will enhance the hydrographic capabilities of the nation's water ways.
