Governor Tanko Almakura, yesterday presented the 2016 budget proposal of Seventy-seven Billion, Nine Hundred and Seventeen Thousand, One Hundred and Twenty-six, Seven Hundred and Ninety-nine Naira (N77, 917,126,799) to the state Assembly.
