Probe Obasanjo, Yar’Adua, Jonathan govts over N11trn electricity fund – SERAP
A civil society group, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has petitioned the International Criminal Court (ICC) asking for an investigation of the allegations of systematic corruption in the electricity sector during the administrations of former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Umaru Musa Yar'Adua and Goodluck Jonathan.
