Buhari, all governors are mere mortals – Gov. Emmanuel
Gov. Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom has said that President Muhammadu Buhari and all governors including him are mere normal mortals just like everybody. He frowned at the attitude of some Nigerians who always perceive Presidents or Governors as superhuman.
