On the occasion of this year's Democracy Day, Mallam Dikko Umaru Radda, the Governor of Katsina State, has promised to build strong institutions and provide better welfare for the masses in Katsina State, urging other political leaders in the country to follow suit and remain committed to the Nigerian project.
